Construction Management

With a staff of over 50 full time employees, PSDC operates a full service construction company that exclusively focuses on only our buildings. This keeps down project costs and accelerates project completions.

Design

In most projects, PSDC assumes the full cost of architectural and engineering design work. PSDC has identified several architects that specialize in the design of health care, education, and social & human service facilities. These architects will work with your organization’s specific space requirement and design a custom facility.

Development

With over 40 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, PSDC understands the process of how to get an organization’s program concept developed into the reality of a new built to suit facility. Specifically, PSDC has experience with coordinating all of the development stages (site selection, design, zoning & permitting, financing, and construction).

Property Management

Once you move into your new PSDC facility, our in-house property management team will professionally maintain your space. You will deal directly with us, not a third party management company. As a result, our property managers can respond immediately to service calls.
